Vonage Text (Renamed Vonage Visual Voicemail)(Link)April 2007As Director, Product Management at Vonage, I led the launch of Vonage Text. With this launch, Vonage was the first major U.S. service provider to offer consumers the convenience of reading their voicemails anywhere, anytime they want, through Vonage Text, a service which automatically transcribes voicemails to text so customers can read them right from their e-mail. Ziptone Hosted eCRM (Based on Avaya eContact Suite)(Link)September 2000Ziptone's Hosted eCRM offering will enable businesses to quickly provide interactive, Web-based support for their online customers or end users.
